Georgina Peacock, M.D.

Georgina Peacock, M.D., is a developmental-behavioral pediatrician who sees patients on a part-time basis at Marcus Autism Center. She currently works as an Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (Learn the Signs. Act Early campaign). This campaign increases awareness about developmental milestones, delays and the benefits of early intervention. Dr. Peacock's clinical focus includes evaluation of developmental problems, including autism. In addition, she follows children with developmental problems over time and assists parents with the management of common problems, involving behavior, sleeping and feeding. When necessary, Dr. Peacock works with children and families using medication management.
Dr. Peacock received her medical degree and master’s in public health from the University of Kansas and also completed her residency in pediatrics and fellowship in developmental-behavioral pediatrics at the University of Kansas. Her Bachelor of Science is from the University of Michigan in German and Cell and Molecular Biology.
