Dr.
Schub is a pediatric neurologist and founder
of Child Neurology Associates P.C., in Atlanta. He is a Clinical Assistant
Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine.
Biographical Sketch
Living in Atlanta since 1979, Dr. Schub, a New York native, was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Cornell University. Dr. Schub attended medical school at the University of North Carolina and was a John Motley Morehead Foundation Fellow in Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and his pediatric neurology residency at Emory University. Before founding the private practice, Child Neurology Associates, P.C., in 1984, he was a faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Schub has also held a clinical faculty post at Mercer University and served as Medical Director for the Atlanta Easter Seals Children’s Center and the Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center.
He is a member of the medical advisory boards for FOCUS (Family of Children Under Stress), the Georgia chapter of the Tourette Syndrome Association, the Adaptive Learning Center and Parent-to-Parent, Georgia. Nationally, Dr. Schub is involved with the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine, the Child Neurology Society, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society.
