Behavioral Clinical Practitioner
Emily Caruso, MS, BCBA, received her master’s in psychology with emphasis in applied behavior analysis from Florida State University and is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA). She received her bachelor’s in family and child sciences from Florida State University.
Emily is a Behavioral Clinical Practitioner in the Language and Learning Program at Marcus Autism Center where she develops and oversees behavior interventions for minimally verbal children with autism. Her interests and passion align with teaching children with autism appropriate alternative communication skills to reduce challenging behaviors, as well as prompting generalization for skills from clinic in the home and the community setting.
