Social Skills Education for Caregivers Workshop

Taking what they learn in a structured setting and applying it in real life can be difficult for children and teens who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Research suggests that peer and parent training helps to improve and maintain social skills. This workshop helps caregivers of children with autism work through social difficulties. Attendees will learn specific techniques to use in the home and community to maintain social skills.

Registration:

The fee to attend this workshop is $25. Registration is required prior to attendance. Contact Michelle Denney to register.

Once your registration request is received, you will receive a link for payment. Once your payment is received, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you, and you will be placed on the confirmed list. You will receive an informational email one week prior to the workshop. The workshop will be held at Marcus Autism Center.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop. Workshops are for caregivers only; unfortunately, childcare is not available.
