Lynn Perez is Vice President at Marcus Autism Center. She is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience in clinical and business operations and strategic planning in health system, academic and medical group settings.
Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in biopsychology and cognitive sciences from the University of Michigan and completed her Master of Health Services Administration degree at the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
Before joining the team at Marcus Autism Center, she served as vice president at NorthShore University Health System. Lynn joined NorthShore, a fully integrated healthcare delivery system in the Chicagoland area, in 2002. In her 14 years at NorthShore, she led teams in primary care, specialty care and surgical services, ultimately serving as vice president for six years.
Most recently, Lynn led the launch of two successful signature service lines, the Neurological Institute and the Orthopaedic Institute, which integrated multidisciplinary experts for the betterment of quality, safety and care delivery. In addition, Lynn provided leadership for space planning, facilities and regulatory compliance for NorthShore Medical Group, a multispecialty group practice with 900 physicians practicing in over 1 million square feet across more than 130 office locations.
Lynn led numerous transformational efforts at NorthShore, including the acquisition and integration of several large practices and the building of multiple new sites. She also developed and implemented enhanced patient care processes, research and academic services across the healthcare continuum. In addition, Lynn was instrumental in the growth and development of the leadership and management team at every level.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, reading and being outdoors.
