Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Keerthana Sivaramakrishnan, MA, is a board-certified behavior analyst and a case manager on the Skill Acquisition team at Marcus Autism Center. Keerthana earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Emory University and her master’s in applied behavior analysis from Teacher’s College, Columbia University.
Since graduating from college, Keerthana has been passionate about working in the field of applied behavior analysis, beginning her journey as a registered behavior technician in 2021. She has worked with an extensive population, of varying ages, skill levels and support levels. Keerthana has gained experience over the past five years across a variety of settings, including therapy clinics, schools, homes and within the community.
Currently, Keerthana is a case manager for the Intensive Outpatient Program, focusing on patients between the ages of 2 and 12 who require varying degrees of support depending on their current communication abilities. Keerthana is passionate about supporting children in ways that are most beneficial for them, focusing on identifying and expanding their communication skills using play strategies and naturalistic teaching. She also has an interest in supporting patient families and ensuring that the caregivers receive the same amount of care as the children in the clinic.
