Board Certified Behavior Analyst II

Kionne Feaster, MS, is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst on the Skill Acquisition program team at Marcus Autism Center. Kionne received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia and a master’s in behavior analysis and therapy from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.

Before joining the Marcus Autism Center community, Kionne worked with families involved with child protective services to improve parenting interactions and discipline methods. She worked with private social services agencies in Georgia, using data-driven methods to train-the-trainer and ultimately improve parents' health, safety and communication responses with their young children. Kionne also worked with families and children in private homes and therapeutic clinic settings to increase language and learning opportunities, as well as with teachers, administration and families in the public school system to improve students' social and emotional behaviors in small and large group learning settings.

In her current role at Marcus Autism Center, Kionne guides the clinic team to create individualized treatment plans that establish or improve the child's existing social, play, learning and communication skills. Additionally, Kionne has a passion for collaborating with parents to strengthen their competence and confidence in engaging their child to learn and maintain new skills at home, at school and in the community.
