Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Mandip Kaur, MA, BCBA, received her master’s in applied behavior analysis from Ball State University and her bachelor’s in psychology and human development and family sciences from the University of Georgia. She is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and a Clinical Manager in the Skill Acquisition program at Marcus Autism Center. In addition to managing her clinical cases, she provides mentorship to other BCBAs and oversees program-wide initiatives related to staff development. She has experience providing behavior analytic services to children ages 2 to 15 with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays in various settings, including clinics, day cares, schools and home. Mandip’s passion is to teach her clients to communicate their needs and wants and increase their overall level of independence. Her professional interests include verbal behavior, skill acquisition, barriers to learning, motivation, and caregiver and staff training. In her free time, Mandip enjoys teaching herself calligraphy, reading and spending time with family and friends.
